Speaker Proposal
We invite proposals for speakers from all people in professional and/or academic communities who have knowledge and/or experience that can contribute to the Symposium’s aim: to contribute to knowledge, networks, and advocacy critical to building institutional capacity for supporting climate migrants.
Panels will be 90 minutes in length, typically with three panelists, including 30 minutes for discussion with Symposium participants.
Proposals may be for an individual or for a complete panel of no more than four speakers.
The time allocated for individual panelists is 15 minutes.
Deadline for submissions: August 20, 2025
Proposals will be considered on a rolling basis. Please expect a reply within approximately three weeks from the date of submission.

Please include an abstract of up to 5000 characters (about 1000 words) and attach a CV or resume.
All panelists with accepted proposals must register to attend the Symposium (also on this website).
